Work With Me
Philosophy Becomes Useful When It Enters Your Life
The Strong Stoic is built around a simple idea: philosophy should help us live, lead, and carry responsibility more effectively.
My work combines Stoic philosophy with practical experience in leadership, strength training, personal development, and complex professional environments. I work with individuals and organizations seeking greater clarity, discipline, and steadiness—not quick motivation or easy answers.
One-on-One Coaching
Coaching offers a private space to examine where you are, what is holding you back, and the kind of person you are trying to become.
Our conversations may involve discipline, confidence, leadership, relationships, physical training, difficult decisions, or rebuilding direction during a period of change. The exact focus depends on your life, but the aim is consistent: turning reflection into deliberate action.
This may be a good fit if you:
Feel capable but lack a clear direction
Struggle to remain disciplined without becoming rigid
Are carrying greater leadership or personal responsibility
Want to strengthen your character, habits, and decision-making
Value direct and honest conversations over empty encouragement
Want to apply philosophy to real problems rather than discuss it abstractly
I will challenge you when needed, but coaching is not about judgment or being told how to live. It is a collaborative process designed to help you think more clearly, take responsibility, and move forward deliberately.
Speaking and Workshops
I speak about Stoicism, leadership, resilience, discipline, and the challenge of living according to our values under pressure.
Drawing from more than six years of philosophical writing and podcasting—as well as experience leading within marine engineering operations—I connect enduring ideas with the realities of modern work and life.
Potential topics include:
Stoicism for Modern Life
Philosophy as a Lived Practice
Strength, Responsibility, and Resilience
Leadership When the Decision Belongs to You
Discipline Without Losing Your Humanity
Remaining Steady Under Pressure
The Difference Between Quoting Philosophy and Living It
Talks and workshops can be adapted for businesses, leadership teams, community organizations, podcasts, and private events. Both in-person and virtual engagements are available.
Podcast Appearances and Collaborations
I welcome thoughtful conversations with people doing meaningful work.
If you would like to invite me onto your podcast, propose a collaboration, or recommend a guest for The Strong Stoic Podcast, send a brief introduction outlining who you are and what you have in mind.
The best collaborations are grounded in genuine curiosity and give both audiences something worth considering.
Start a Conversation
If you believe my work could be useful to you, your team, or your audience, tell me a little about what you are looking for.
Not every inquiry will be the right fit. That is important. The purpose of an initial conversation is to understand the challenge, establish whether I can genuinely help, and decide whether working together makes sense.
